We work in partnership with General Practitioners, Specialists and key service providers to treat people suffering with a comprehensive range of rehabilitation requirements. 

What services do we offer?

Referral process for Inpatient Admissions

For assistance with managing your patients’ medical or rehabilitation needs, please follow our simple five-step admissions process outlined below.

1. Does your patient need rehabilitation admission to hospital?
2. Does your patient have Private Health Insurance, DVA Status, Work Cover, TAC or the ability to self-fund their admission?
3. Call our Medical Admissions Team for assessment on 02 4341 9522
4. Fax referral for health fund check to 02 4342 7164
5. Our Medical Admissions Team will arrange an Admitting Consultant and confirm patient’s admission time within one hour

Referral process for Outpatient/Day Admissions

1. Does your patient need an Outpatient Rehabilitation program?
2. Does your patient have Private Health Insurance, DVA Status, Work Cover, TAC or the ability to self-fund their admission?
3. Call our Outpatients Admissions Team for assessment on 02 4341 9522
4. Fax referral for health fund check to 02 4342 7164
5. Our Outpatient Admissions Team will arrange an Admitting Consultant and confirm patient’s admission time.
